2FA (Two-factor Authentication)

Your company administrator can add 2FA for each employee using the ATB Online Business (Classic Experience). The new ATB Business banking platform will offer this feature in fall 2021.

For security reasons, ATB strongly discourages sharing user credentials.

Your company administrator can add additional users free of charge using the ATB Online Business (Classic Experience). The new ATB Business banking platform will offer this feature in fall 2021.

  1. In ATB Online Business, select Admin from the top menu
    If you do not see Admin, it means you do not have administrator privileges.
  2. Select Roles & Users
  3. Select the Users tab
  4. Select the user name
  5. Initiate a 2FA reset

No, If a client uses Biometrics to login to their Business Online account, they will not be prompted for SMS/Email 2FA at login or when transactions are made while in the mobile app.
