- In ATB Online Business, select Admin from the top menu
If you do not see Admin, it means you do not have administrator privileges. - Select Roles & Users
- Select the Users tab
- Select the user name
- Initiate a 2FA reset
No, If a client uses Biometrics to login to their Business Online account, they will not be prompted for SMS/Email 2FA at login or when transactions are made while in the mobile app.
